They're easy to solder on and have perfect retaining force. I like that + and - are molded into the plastic, so you don't have to worry about different people choosing different pinouts. I like the connectors and I like the back shells that cover the solder joints and limit the stress on the wires - something I would have to had built myself if they weren't already designed in.
