I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees and the doctors wanted to do surgery. But I ended up with pain, all over my body. I tried a lot of things. This Adrenal Body kit was the only thing that got rid of my pain. It also gave me my energy back. It is worth every dollar.

Okay to be honest this stuff is awesome. I have been watching DR berg for 1 year and finally broke down to buy his kit. I was trying the OJ and Pink salt and potassium which does helpinthe morning. BUT BUT DR bergs kit works better. I can feel my adrenals go back to normal. My life in my marriage has cause so much stress i was feeling so detached from the world masssive anxiety and other health issues. stress is daily thing fo rme and well i will be probably dr berg kit fo life i can feel my self coming back on line this works wonders. you can telll the 1st week but the 3rd week you feel so calm and stable you wake up and say man was i f upped before I need this kit. i am not sure what is in this kit but worth every penny. DR Berg adrenal kit ever 6months. i cant afford every 3 months but would like to alternate but will keep using kits for life you need something to keep yoru adrenals in check the STRESS keeps coming and wont stop! Love DR berg the guys is a true doctor who cuts no bull and says the truth what other doctor defends his own race like dr berg? a few yes but this guy is on it!

Yes it’s expensive but you’re worth it. I am a changed person. I started the supplements a month before starting Keto. My nails are strong and growing like crazy, my waist has shrunk. I can handle the stresses at work and home like a normal person suddenly. I feel well balanced and only had a brief Keto flu when starting the Keto way of eating. I’d rather pay Dr Berg and support his hard work, research. and caring heart than my local Doctors who have never had good solutions for me. Dr Berg gets to the root of all of these health problems unlike these other docs that just treat symptoms until your head is whirling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Berg and team!

Wow, wow, wow. This program has changed our lives! I was recommended this kit from a friend of mine and I haven't looked back since. Dr. Berg is absolutely amazing! We have watched the video that comes in the kit (along with many of his other videos) and he is spot on. We are also following his recommended Keto diet - which is definitely part of the success. But the kit alone has made a huge difference for myself and my husband. We don't feel tired anymore, much calmer and we are sleeping better. I was stunned after watching Dr. Eric Berg's videos on You Tube at just how accurately he was able to match my body type with symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue. I have been taking the products for four days now and already feel better. For the first time in years, I am sleeping seven hours a night and feeling better all over. The date on the Super Nutrition bottle is 2013 which I did not notice until the fourth day. I have emailed to ask for a replacement bottle, I will give everyone a progress report soon. He certainly is an intelligent man.

I bought this because I am having trouble sleeping and in the mornings I would/do wake up with teeth clenched. I do feel a little more relaxed during the day but this has not helped my sleep. Most nights I can fall asleep easy but wake up after 2-4 hours. In January 2017 my weekly sleep average high was 6 hours and 6 minutes and has not increased. March high was 5 hr 10 min, April high was 4 hr 46 min, May high was 4 hr 54 min, June high was 4 hr 52 min, and July high was 4 hr 52 min. The electrolyte powder has a good flavor but does not dissolve well. The extra video access is nice and informative.

The whole Kit is amazing. I've been on the Program for 2 weeks and I've lost 6 pounds already. I feel more energetic, I sleep better and definitely have 96% fewer body aches I used to have due to the high-stress levels I manage on a daily basis. Plus I have a better emotional control over circumstances during the day. I do feel though when the calming and relaxing effects of the Adrenal Pills are beginning to fade, so I recommend that you take them on schedule. I totally recommend this product to anyone who's hesitating (I hesitated for around 2 months and I should've bought it earlier!)

The only thing that seemed to work the slightest bit in this kit was the supplement to take before bedtime, but I could have used an herbal supplement from Trader Joe's for that. For my own edification I'm glad I spent the ridiculous amount of money to get this kit because I now know it absolutely did not work for me. Using the 7 Principles book as a starting point I'm now certain I have actual Adrenal Fatigue which is much more advanced that just the Adrenal Body type and therefore requires a different approach. I do not believe this kit will help you if you have actual Adrenal Fatigue and I don't know if it would actually help you if you just had the Adrenal Body type from the book. I used the kit in conjunction with religiously following the diet for my body type and saw absolutely no improvement, felt no different, had no energy or mood perks as people swear they have had and used the entire course of the kit up to make sure I gave it a fair shake. Now, whether this is due to the fact that I have Adrenal Fatigue and this is not the treatment for it I cannot say for sure but one would still think that being on a regimen of "high quality" supplements like these in conjunction with the suggested diet would make some kind of difference and it didn't. Not one ounce. So this easily deserves one star. Save your money.
