I am using other Rolls products also , all favorable . ### ⭐ Received different power Supplies and b-stocks *by C***D on December 15, 2024* I bought 2 RPQ160B units and each came with a different a power supply, one with 12VAC 250mA and the other with 15VDC 500mA, this means that I cannot use the units without risking damaging them because of using the wrong power supply, this also means inconsistency in the packages and that at least one of those units was opened and not brand new as listed. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Product with potential marred by poor craftmanship *by J***G on April 4, 2014* I bought two of these from Recording Store to use them in my home hi-fi system. The product arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Installation was simple, but I noticed somethings immediately: - The RCA jacks on the pack panel are undersized, resulting in loose connections unless the connectors on your cables are tighter-fitting than average - The RCA jacks are semi-recessed, meaning most RCA cables could not fully engage the connectors - The AC power adapter is of questionable quality and may be responsible for a slight background buzz/hum Sonically, while not the most transparent, it works. I tried all the features and they seemed to work as advertised. But here is the single reason why I ended up returning the product. The knobs are poorly aligned to the marking on the panel. And there was significant variability between the two units I got. This meant that when I set a particular knob to 3 o'clock position on both units, I was not guaranteed to get the same (or even close to same) effect. As a result, I could not achieve a properly balanced sound between the two channels.
