Only to these specific Macks earplugs. **Q: My partner listens to the tv loud enough to hurt my ears, would I still be able to hear it with these? And, no, he won't go get hearing aids. Thanks!** A: These ear plugs have noise reduction level of 32 decibels. They appear to have the highest noise reduction rating available on the market. There is a change in perception of how it sounds because of how the human ear works, even if the drop in noise is not all that significant.
