Great product & picture quality superb
Changed media cabinet so old unit would not fit the space, this is ideal & works well.

Great if you want DNLA streaming or BD-LIVE, otherwise, buy the BP250 model.
I originally bought the BP250 thinking it had all of these features. I decided to keep it for a while, but eventually got a chance to sell it on and upgrade to the BP350.This is essentially a BP250 with Wi-Fi. The cases are physically identical to look at, and while I haven't had them open to check for internal differences, I wouldn't be surprised if they were the same unit with different firmware, and the Wi-Fi just disabled on the BP250. The Wi-Fi in turn enables you to stream from DNLA servers on your network and to access Netflix and YouTube (from the UK settings. Perhaps choosing another region gives you different options.) Prime Video does not appear to be supported. BD-Live content also works, whereas it can't without Internet connectivity on the BP250.The DNLA streaming works well, though annoyingly warns every time that playback quality might suffer due to being on Wi-Fi (there is no option to physically connect a LAN cable.) The Netflix app has crashed all three times I've used it, as soon as I've tried to fast forward through whatever I was watching. Frozen screen and no response to the remote (including power button) each time. I have to disconnect and reconnect the power to get it working again. I haven't tried the YouTube app yet. There's a remote control app for your phone as well, but it doesn't work at all well. The prices fluctuate, but right now, it's a £30 premium over the BP250 to basically get BD-Live and DNLA streaming. I really don't feel I've gained enough over the BP250 to warrant the extra expense. The BP250 will power a 2.5" hard drive (even though the instructions say otherwise) so you can easily create a media system that way. Though the DNLA solution looks neater, since the only USB socket is on the front panel on both models. As per the BP250, the remote control isn't particularly intuitively laid out. The Pause and Stop buttons are where I would expect Rewind and Fast Forward to be. And while it will control the volume, input select and power off on my Toshiba TV, it won't switch it on, for some reason. The remote is also very directional, having to be pointed pretty much straight at the player to get it to work.

Pleased with item as boxed contents included dvd player, hand control, hmi lead, instructions. All fit for purpose as when used in connection with smart tv produced quality pictures. Would highly recommend. Price reasonable.
