A: To remove the earplugs without pushing them further, simply press up behind your ear and they will fall out. We’ve shot a detailed video instruction for you (search in youtube: how to use pq earplugs) to see and learn exactly how to do it :)

**Q: What type of wax is this made of?**
A: The wax ingredients are not listed on the container.  fyi, they work well.

**Q: Do these have a new box? Last order was not in plastic protection but paper and each plug indiv wrapped. Does not seem as sanitary.**
A: They came in a box together and a little box for putting them in to use. Most of the time we have thrown them out after use as my son has used them for swimming only and not sleeping.

Feels much better than the typical sponge ear plugs. Blocks noise quite effectively. I bought it because I cannot sleep with the snores of my hubby, but this decreases the snore sound to a level that I can still sleep. Also it blocks out the birds chirp in the morning. Offers such great sleep quality. However, two cons: 1) it sticks to hairs, and gets messy 2) if you don’t use it for a while, it will harden and be difficult to use. I guess this is why there are 30 in one box
