But this is a good thing, because you're getting fiber. It tastes great and makes me think i'm drinking something healthy even though i have to use crappy office water with it.

Makes a good tasting drink and is an easy way to add 3g of fiber to your diet. Each stick makes about 16 oz of drink. Nice thing is that the sweetening comes from the stevia plant instead of from a bizarre man-made chemical.
