Amazon credited my account back right away, I returned it and ordered another one.Aside from that, the quality of this backpack is very good. Even though I really only need it for two people, the space for food in the Picnic Time Malibu Pack was too tight. The Picnic Time Malibu Pack is a great pack if you plan on keeping the snacks to a minimum. If you plan on carrying a few sandwiches and other snacks or several tupperware containers, the Tandoor is the way to go. It has a lot of space but doesn't feel too bulky or hard to carry. I take out two of each of the flatware and the glasses and keep them as extras.The insulated thermal foil food compartment keeps food cold or a bucket of chicken hot! The separate detachable wine/beverage containers are great and can house a standard bottle of wine with a wine chiller wrapped around it. I have already replaced the wine glasses and plates and napkins.One last thing, I purchased this because it had 2 wine bottle holders, but mine came with only one. Try to contact the seller on something like this! I couldn't even exchange it because they were out of stock. As of now, I haven't heard anything from the seller, so this is my review.
