The media could not be loaded.  this is a great diffuser. solid and simple design. heavy glass square cover. a fair dollar amount paid for the product that arrived.my only issues:-the photos are misleading in that they have the power cord photoshopped out of the photos and mist is diffusing into the air. this mislead me to believe this diffuser would be wireless. that's the main reason i purchased this specific diffuser. i have several diffusers and the cords just look tacky strung across tables and shelves. and having to be plugged in limits where these can be operated. also, gotta remember to unplug them - i'm a little crazy about unplugging stuff not being used. also, the photos depict this to have a glowing warm amber color light - this is false. the light is bright white. (see video i posted).-the water/oil reservoir only holds 60ml(1/4 cup) of liquid, so you'll have to refill it more often than other diffusers i've bought on Amazon.

This is a very attractive diffuser. I use the second setting where the vapor cycles on and off; this lasts me about 4 hours. Last night I tried having the vapor run continuously and I think it ran about an hour & a half (certainly not over two hours), but I prefer to have it cycle anyway. When I fill it with water to just below the red indicator inside, I use two drops of essential oil. This works well for me. I think this would be ideal for an office setting or an apartment. It does great in my home office.Note: If I fill the reservoir with 1/4 cup (or 60 mL) that is advertised for the size, the water is touching the red maximum water fill indicator. So, I use just slightly less water so that I don't risk getting abnormal atomizing or damaging the diffuser. It still gives me a four hour run time when it is on the cycling setting, so I'm satisfied.

I purchased one of these as a gift. It looks cute, I like the looks of the glass cover and because it is a small size it can sit nearly anywhere. That being said, I don't especially like that the actual diffuser and water reservoir are plastic. Essentially it is a plastic diffuser with decorative glass sitting over it. I don't know how well the diffuser actually works because I gave it as a gift. Since the order I received an email from the company explaining that they put these on Amazon for the purpose of getting reviews. I have attempted to order one to actually use for myself, I get the confirmation, the emails that the item is on the way and then a few weeks later a cancellation from the company. But still I am plagued with the emails asking for feedback on the item and requests to go to their site and sign up. If they would actually fill my order so I could have one to use I might be able to describe how it works and leave complete feedback. Like I said this is a cute diffuser, but the company is lacking when it comes to actually filling the order and the emails are becoming a bit of a nuisance.

I've been looking for a diffuser that is attractive enough to leave in my living room. Most of the ones I've found are . . . too large, not lighted, don't diffuse but an hour or so, don't have an automatic shut off - you get the picture. This KOKO AROMA diffuser is exactly what I've been looking for.First of all, from what I can tell so far, this company is very customer oriented. Fortunately I've not had a problem, but all if the information that comes with the diffuser screams "we want you to be happy/satisfied and we'll do anything to make that happen". They offer a couple of free eBook downloads that are really informative. Their customer service number and email are not hard to find or buried in all kinds of other information. AND - they donate 1% of product sales to St Jude Children's Research Hospital. I LOVE THAT !As for the diffuser. First, it's very attractive. The frosted glass outer cover is very heavy glass, I have no worry at all that it will get broken. It has a really nice soft warm white light (through the frosted glass it looks kind of creamy). There is an inner cover so that the inside of the glass doesn't get wet and show water droplets, etc. It measures about 3 7/8" x 3 7/8" x 4 7/8" H -- a great size to be functional without being obtrusive. It has a simple on/off switch located in the back that you click once for continuous flow, twice for intermittent flow (15 secs on, 15 secs off), and a third time to turn it off. The plug is also in the back so the front of the unit is clean and attractive. Run time is, of course, affected by which mode you use, but it runs roughly 2 - 4 hrs as claimed. It also shuts off automatically when the water level gets low.Bottom line - I love this diffuser. I would recommend it without hesitation.
