The item was shipped quickly, packaged well, and received in excellent condition with no damage to the bag. Upon opening the bag, I sniffed the product and found no offensive odor of any kind, just the normal chocolate smell of good protein powder. I usually mix this product with Greek yogurt. Since this powder has a very small amount of sugar in it, I would recommend mixing with yogurt that doesn't have any sweetener added. Although the yogurt I tried already had some sweetener, the sweetness of the mix was not out of line compared to some products that have over sweetened either with Stevia, artificial sweetener, or some form of sugar. The chocolate flavor is very mild, almost too mild for me, but I will definitely be looking to purchase this again. I would suggest that a little more detail be given to the product package itself. I couldn't get the seal at the top to line up and mesh together, but I've found that typical of many products put into a bag like this. This isn't a problem for me since I realize this packaging is more "green" friendly than a large plastic bottle. As long as the bag is intact when received, I can certainly manage to either find another container or simply fold over and clip the top as I am presently doing.
