Epson Expression ET-2750 EcoTank Wireless Color All-in-One Supertank Printer with Scanner and Copier (Renewed)

I'm a graphic designer and I use a fancier version of an Epson eco tank printer at the office when I need to print large mockups. I have a lot of experience with printers. That printer at work is complicated. I actually enjoy using the ET-2750 because the menu is less complicated and the printer itself is much less finicky. This is the perfect printer for home office use.I was initially hesitant to purchase a refurbished version. The initial printer I received was a dud. I had a feeling there might be an issue when I unpackaged it and saw dust on the scanner plate. The initial printer I received would not charge ink (make sure you follow the set up instructions exactly). After spending some time with Epson over the phone to try to correct the issue to no avail, I asked Amazon to send me a replacement and they did so! The second printer arrived the following day and it is flawless. It took a little time to set up the ink charging and wifi, but it works as if new.Here are what I consider Epson ET-2750's pros and cons.Pros- Wireless printing- It came with surprising features, such as stock stationary (pictured). It's so useful to be able to print a calendar, graph paper, or a music sheet with a touch of a few buttons.- Ecotank ink lasts quite a while!- The size is perfect for a small space. I live in a studio apartment. This was a huge selling point for me.- Precise printing- You can tilt the screen up to read when standing in front of the printer, rather than sitting or crouching in front of it to see the menu- Borderless printing! This may not be important for a lot of people looking for a printer to cover their office needs, but I often need to print graphics and photos. Borderless printing is important in this scenario.- Double sided printing option (good for thicker stocks and not the recycled paper I use for normal documents)Cons- It is not a very accessible printer. This is not a problem for me, but for folks who have issues with eyesight may have trouble reading the menu. The screen is tiny! (I actually think it's cute) Some of the menu pages are lengthy and require focus to read.- Ecotank may not be the right choice for people who are not comfortable with or open to learning more about printing processes. As a graphic designer, I do a lot of print work. You need to be detailed and pay attention to how you load the ink into this printer. For those who are used to color vs black cartridges, this might be an area of growth for you. Having to set paper settings every time you load paper is something you'll have to get used to. Again, due to the level detail required in my work, this is not a problem for me.- My minor annoyance is the wifi set up process. My wifi has a long password. It is annoying to use two buttons to navigate the whole alphabet. When I updated my printer's software I had to set up wifi again. First world problem.I'm really excited about this printer and think eco tank is a great invention. I'm looking forward to seeing how useful this printer will be in the years to come.

I love this printer, I bought the rebuild one plus a 3 year warranty and still paid $50 less than regular price. My printer looks like new. It may have a tiny blemish here or there but believe me nothing that may bother you. I was a bit worried because of the negative reviews yet I found them misleading. Construction is very nice not flimsy except for the paper guides which are flimsy. I used to have a computer store so I have been around many printers for a long time and I don't see the quality of this one to be lesser. I was also worried about print quality, especially for pictures. Again is not an issue at all. I printed a picture directly from my phone, no adjustems at all, using plain quality paper and the print was excellent. I will print on special paper from Photoshop and will update.UPDATE: As promised I perform more tests and here are the results; On the good side I printed professional pictures on Epson Photo Glossy Paper, from my computer using Photoshop and the results where excellent. Print quality was perfect, not so the speed, it takes almost five minutes to print a full page picture at high quality. On the bad side; I found that all those people complaining about poor quality photos are not wrong, the problem is they are using Apple phones (maybe even Apple computers but I can't test that). As I mentioned earlier I sent a picture from my phone (Android) and it printed fast and nice. The next day my wife sent one picture and it came exactly as the ones I saw in those posts complaining of bad quality. As I mentioned before I have some experience with computers and printers as well as photography and I think is a color mode error that was common long time ago (like one being RGB and the other one CMYK). I asked my wife to send another picture to print and she did. The results where the same ugly. Then I ask her to send me the same picture (shoot with her iPhone) to my phone via text so nothing will change. I sent the exact same picture to print using my phone (android) and it printed correctly. I included here samples of all. Of course a phone picture with no special lights of a print does not look exactly as the original but it gives you the idea. Sorry I can't test with an Apple computer but I don't have any. I will try to play a bit with my wife's phone to see if there is a way to fix this problem.

The tech support I got for this product was amazing. The only problem I have is that the print time is very slow, compared to other printers that I owned before this but the amazing print quality from this printer negates that problem. So if you don't mind the longer waiting time, then this is the one to get. I especially like the ink tanks, frankly I don't know why other companies don't all have this feature. I've printed a lot of texts and pictures but the ink level has hardly budged. I know this feature is going to save me a lot of money. I will recommend though that when buying ink refills, that you only purchase Epson brand. Other generic brands, although cheaper, will not fit this printer. I found this out the hard way. So buy this with confidence because Amazon's tech support is amazing and will help you if you run into any problems or you just have a question.

What a bad mistake I just did. I had HP before and I never had an issue from day one till the day that I decided to move to EPSON. Long story short it's way complicated and hard to use compared to HP. First of all the screen is a joke " if you don't have a budget don't build printers". Second the setup is not easy compared to HP, and yes I've been able to setup the printer but it's not user friendly. I Can't imagine that there is no USB port and I can't add emails to the printer. I am really frustrated. This printer make me feel like I back on time 15 years . I wish if I can return it, the only problem I filled the printer with ink.

One week in really liking it so far. Wireless printing works great. No problems so far.

Product arrived promptly, was easy to set up and works very well. I especially like the reservoir feature for the ink!!!! No more expensive cartridges!

Very happy with this purchase. Very nice printing. Printed lots of color prints and the ink levels are just barely lower than the top level.
