It's very reliable.
After nearly 20 years of using our old Keurig coffee maker, it finally gave out. We are replacing it with the same model as it has been completely reliable, brews great coffee, and also froths milk for our morning capuccino.

Makes coffee when it wants
After awhile of using this it will turn off mid pour.

Disappointed
The frother wouldn’t engage. I requested an exchange with the exact same product and my exchange order was cancelled with no explanation. I then requested to return the original broken product. I shipped it back with the return label provided and never received a refund!

Did not send the pods as advertised
I love the pot! Nice to have a fairly large reservoir. Heats fast. Coffee has been great so far. Problem was with the seller. Very disorganized or something. I complained that we didn’t get the bonus pods. That’s all. They were great and said they’d send them out right away. Then I got another Keurig coffee maker, very nice. Gave it to my daughter. So I stopped complaining!
