Tsunami AMP1500-MANL 4 Gauge Dual Amp Installation Kit Installation Wire

This is a pretty good kit, mine was missing the 16 feet of black turn on wire. Other then that it came with everything it says it comes with, the wire was very flexible, and soft to the touch. it only comes with wire to wire one amp, 5 feet of 8 gauge power/ground wire. i had to go to my local audio store and pick up a 4 gauge to 8 gauge ground distribution block since this only has the power distribution block with 60/30 amp fuses. The ANL fuse holder doubles as a 0 gauge fuse holder if you take the 4 gauge adapter out. and the distribution block that comes with it can also be a 4 gauge to 2 4 gauge distribution block, if you take the 8 gauge adapters out. Overall great kit, comes with everything it says it does, mine may have just had the black wire left out, but i didnt need it. you might want to pick up a 4 gauge distribution block, or you could just pick up a 4 gauge ground spade terminal if you just want to use the 4 gauge ground directly to your amp.

Ive used Tsunami for my past car stereos and not had any issues. This kit however, not sure I would purchase again.. like others have said, the power and ground cables were coated with a sticky oil substance that made them stick to everything and made running them a pain- it also gets all over your hands, etc. The copper inside the cables was all oxidized which is never a good sign.. the kit does not come with RCA cables so you will need to purchase those separately.. the 100a fuse at the battery is a very poor design, which makes installing it a lot more work than it should be.. the pros are that the kit is cheap, comes with a distribution block and shipping was pretty fast..

Bought this when installing a complete audio system in my 2004 4runner, only thing that I didnt like was that it didnt have a ground terminal, had to buy a seperate one, other than that it did the job and works perfectly.

This is not a true 4ga copper wire, closer to 6ga, and it is not pure copper so it transfers current closer to an 8-9ga pure copper wire. So it's a great match to made in China "1000 watt" $149 car amps with a 20 or 30 amp fuse that it is electrically impossible to achieve. Hardware that came with it is actually OK-I used it when I purchased true copper wire to do my install. Can not recommend.

This is a great kit at an amazing price.... With one draw back...All of the wiring (I bought 3 kits, all were the same) is covered in some nasty oil and all the copper is oxidized inside the wire!!Not too happy about this, but once it was laid in the car I wasn't about to return it...
