I would give it a five star except the center axle screw tightens itself into the wing nut after approx. 30 spins to the point it binds up and makes the wheel difficult to spin and eventually it will not spin at all. You have to constantly adjust the wing nut. Makes it look like you are rigging the deal. I could use locktight but then can't take it apart for transport. I tried duct tape but that doesn't work. I don't want to send it back as it fits our needs.UPDATE. The center post hole is drilled at the wrong angle. This caused the wheel to tilt down (see picture) and bind up the rod screw , wearing away the rod hole making the problem worse. Will await vendors response but as of now a very poor purchase. Edit: The vendor made good on their promise to replace the Wheel. This one is assembled and appears to function normally. I will be using it for an event in two weeks, and if it performs as advertised I will raise it to five stars.UPGRADE. This device was used for two days at a Fishing Show. The wheel was spun over 1000 times. The only problem was that one of the black pegs fell off and was quickly replaced.
