I am NOT a doctor and can't give medical advice but speaking anecdotally, I think this is a great buy even for my mental clarity. I didn't see much of a difference with my psoriasis, but I did feel a great sense of mental clarity and reduced brain fog, so I drink it daily now. Again this is just my experience, for the price I think it's worth a shot. Now for the taste, probably the worst part of this product, but it's not just this specific brand of version. All neem tea has a particularly unpleasant taste but I got used to it. I would steep a bag in hot water then try to drink it slowly. Because its strong I only do half cup, let cool down a little then take it like a shot. It absolutely keeps baby showers away.
