ROBERTS MAX GRIP Carpet Installation Tapes are double-sided with acrylic adhesive to instantly bond carpet to stairs and stair treads. For best results, unroll, cut to size, lay down the carpet tape at the desired spot, take the paper backing off, and adhere applying pressure. A: Roberts 50-550 Pressure sensitive tape  is for indoor or outdoor carpet installations that require double face tape.  Boat application generally require full spread adhesive application. Always follow floor manufacturer specific instructions.

MaxGrip Tape is designed for the perimeter install of sheet Vinyl, wall to wall carpet and turf.  This product can also be used to install vinyl transition moldings  and stair treads.  Cork underlayment is recommended to be installed either by floated method or full glue-down application. These instructions are listed on the product insert and available through Technical services.  Cork flooring should be install per flooring manufacturer’s specific installation guidelines.
