Review: This is a necessity for external drives - This is smaller than I expected it to be but interestingly I think that's a good thing. There's enough room to store the drive the cable and something else if you need to and it protects the drive very well It's not exactly what I expected but I think all the differences are better
Review: Good quality - I like the quality of this case. The cover seems sturdy and also stylish. It comes with a handy strap as well as a carabiner type clip for easily carrying or attaching to my computer case. It has an extra loop type thing attached, I'm not really sure what that's for yet. My hard drive fits inside the well, but it's a little too shallow to fit exactly. It sticks up a little, so that the protective flap bends to cover most of the drive, but not the whole thing. For the most part, it seems like it will do a good job of protecting the drive. The flap also has 2 clear plastic sleeves for storage of possibly SD cards or something of that nature. The opposite side is a mesh pocket that comfortably holds the cable, with plenty of room to spare. It has a double zipper, which zips smoothly. I'm happy I bought this and can finally throw away the plastic packaging that I've been using to store my drive.

**Q: Would this for a drive that's 2.9 x 0.9 x 4.7 inches???**
A: I can't say for sure that it will, but it comfortably fits my Seagate backup plus exteral drive which measures 4.5 x 3 x 0.5 inches.

**Q: Is this actually water proof or just resistant?**
A: I know it says "Waterproof", however, my educated guess is that it is water resistant.  It is a great little case.  I have traveled with it and it does a great job of protecting the drive.  I have not actually tested it to see if it is waterproof, or to what depth it might be waterproof and I will not be in any hurry to run that test.  However, if I dropped it in my pool, it might keep the drive safe for a short time...I would not test any further!

**Q: Seller: please clarify internal dimensions. if external height is 1.5 inches, internal height can't be 3 inches?**
A: The case is about 1.25 inches high internal.

**Q: Will a standard toshiba ext hard drive fit in this?**
A: you must get the seagate SLIM or on with similar dimensions Hard Drive for it to fit in this case.
