Product description This Saracino Gum paste is a ready to use flower paste. Roll with a rolling pin in a very thin sheet to make particularly realistic flower. This gum paste is extremely elastic and not brittle which assists with initial stiffening when forming flowers. It does not dry out immediately which offers you time to easily correct any imperfections. 250g Ingredients Sugar, glucose syrup, sunflower oil with high fatty acid, stabiliser: xanthan (E415), flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), acidifier: citric acid (E330). Directions Knead the product until it is soft and can be well made. Model and leave to rest as desired until the decoration has hardened. Place on the cake
