Love love love this little fella. So soft and cuddly and a great size to hug. I thought delivery was going to take ages but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived about 2 days later. Perfect as a huggable cushion, everyone who’s seen it wants one. Cover comes off for easy washing. Great price too. Really pleased.

Disappointed with this as it's absolutely awful!! Came vacuum packed so not like the pictures and lime green which was horrid to touch with an outer coat to put on which felt ok but looked more like an ugly lamb rather than a larma. Looks nothing like the photos and missing ears and legs on mine!! What a waste of money. Will be returning it very shortly! One star has been given for delivery that's it!

I ordered this product as a gift to a close friend, I opened it up and it was not what I expected at all. I know it says 'pillow' but I assumed it would be more puffy rather than flat as a pancake + the material looks different to what it looks like in the picture as well and it came in a weird plastic packaging which had no air in. Also their were two coverings for the alpaca pillow; one neon yellow/green and the other like the one in the picture but not as great - not sure if both are supposed to be put on the alpaca or if you change them every now and then? HOWEVER... despite the alpaca pillow not being what I expected it to be, it is still very cute and fluffy, and my friend loves it.

The item provided by the seller Focusing is a fake and a really bad one at that, loose threads, flat as a pancake and comes with a white cover to cover up the bright green that it is manufactured in which you can still see around its face when the cover is on. really terrible, please avoid.

Looks nothing like the picture. Comes vacuum packed, isn't fluffy, really thin. Was bought as a present for a friend but I wouldn't embarrass myself giving her it

Not made with the same material as shown in the picture and flat as a pancake!!

Made me laugh it arrived and I wondered what it was - so not a pillow - flat as a pancake - I call it “Flat Llama” not sure what I’ll do with it maybe get a hot water bottle to fill him out - oh and by the way the face is on the inside pillow so you can’t just swap for a better cushion - overall quite disappointing
