Love this chair!
I love my chair. I was sold on the looks of it right away. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the first one I got was defective. The chair would sink when I got on, and rise when I got off. But I notified the company, and they sent a replacement, which works fine. If you notify the company, they will make it right. I am now very satisfied with this chair!

Very Disappointed
I love the look and feel of this chair. BUT, after using it for less than two months, the hydraulic function no longer works, thus, the chair is constantly sliding down, while I’m sitting in it. I am not that heavy, either. I spoke with a representative, who asked me to send him a video to show what was happening, so that they can determine the issue and send replacement. I sent the video, the same day (April 20), and a follow-up email (May 5), but have still not heard from them. Today is May 16, nearly one month later, and this is still unresolved. Very disappointing.

Seat didn't rise exactly to the height required. But, overall chair was easy to put together and reasonably priced.

LOVE IT!
The assembly was SUPER easy!! In fact, mostly everything I buy on Amazon is and I put it together, by myself, while my husband worked on other areas of our new house. I bought the Convenience Concepts Console Table to use as a desk with this chair and the acrylic look matches the look of the table.

Great looking office chair
Bought this chair for our granddaughter for Christmas to use in her college dorm. It was exact what she wanted. It is stylish, comfortable and serves her purpose. Would buy again. Also, delivery was quick.

It is exactly what you would expect
Easy to put together, simple, gets the job done. If you're expecting a clear plastic chair to be the most comfortable thing you've sat in, then you're setting yourself up for disappointment. But with that being said, it still is comfortable enough to sit in everyday. 10/10 would recommend

From perfect to a waste of money
I’ve had this chair for almost a month now and the chair will not stay raised up for long anymore it keeps dropping, for a chair priced over $100 I am not pleased!
