Ok this is the real deal! I've used it for years and yes you need to dilute it. It is not for the faint of heart. When I feel something coming on, I put about 7 drops in 2 oz of water in a water bottle and throw it back like a shot of tequila twice a day for 3 days. Make sure you swish it around in the bottle and throw it back immediately. If not the oil sits back on top of the water and you get more of a burn!! That usually handles most issues. Now for the reason I use 2 oz of water. Anything more than that is just torture. I don't dilute it in olive oil and this stuff is extremely hot. So if you throw it back, you just swallow. You don't get it all over your mouth. I also use 1 drop on my toothbrush with my toothpaste after my chemo treatments once my mouth starts to get sore. Brush as usual, swish the water around in your mouth to rinse. Problem solved. What attempted to start is gone. Got a burn one time and remembered that I could rub some on. I did and it never blistered or scarred. Got bit by a spider, a brown recluse, rubbed the area several times a day and it healed right up. When I finally did get to the dr he told me exactly what it was and told me there was no need for him to prescribe anything. Job well done! This is something I always try to keep. I even take it as an antibiotic after surgery. It's truly been a GOD send. Everyone should have this in their medicine cabinet.

This bottle was filled up, for sure. It is strong. It does have a cooling effect on me. Sort of like the feeling your hands get after applying Ben Gay. It doesn't smell of straight oregano oil. I tried it 1 night on a wart. It was paled the next day. Sooo it's good stuff. Got more to try it on. Update. .6/12/1. I've been using this since I got it. About 3-4 days. Wart on my leg. .has shrunk lost color. Also got what looks like age spot on my arm. Inside it is a square of dry skin with different texture. I've been using this. It took color out, seems to moisturized it, and the square inside has shrunk. I used 4 drops to 1 teaspoon. Applied only at bedtime. I'm doing it twice a day . Starting today. Hope this helps.

I have purchased this same brand a few heard ago (a small bottle really does last year's) and the color of the oil was a darker yellow this bottle is more clear and doesn't seem to be as strong as the 1st bottle I bought. I will be returning and purchasing directly from Zane Hellas.

I have purchased this product twice. It is my go to for the flu, a cold, and more intense bacterial or viral infections.In extreme situations I have treated a tooth abscess, strep throat and even the onset of shingles with this oil and have had amazing results. What I like the most about this oregano extract is that it is not diluted and it is made from high-quality substrate. It is very potent so I am careful with it. I mix a drop with about a tablespoon or two of olive oil.

Since I just received this and it is the first time I ordered with them cannot review completely but that said it comes with dated certificate showing the chemical composition of C and T. It has 75-95% Carvacrol (Box says 86%) rating which is really good - Thymol .7-4.0% (box says lest then 2%) The one issue I had and suggest for all to be careful is when i removed the cap and put the dropper cap on, the bottle overflowed. It got all over my hands. It took longer then expected for the burn to come but was not that bad except between my fingers. If this happens to you and you are not familiar with this hot oil - just immediately add some olive, coconut oil or just hand cream and it will dilute it and bring the burn down quickly. For internal use I prefer to take the capsules but this will be great for topical use.

Read the instructions, between 1&4 drops in half a glass of water. Thought, 'I'm not a wimp, I'll take 3'. Ha ! Nearly blew my head off, SO strong!!! I felt like if I looked in the mirror I would have a proper trout pout, my lips were tingling so much. 2 days later I realised the skin on my lips was peeling. But this is meant to be good stuff, so I'm persisting, just putting the drops in a spoon of olive oil and it's fine. Just be warned

Although I’ve only given it 3 stars each to swallow and flavour it’s not anything that can be changed. I do find benefits from these oils but much prefer the gels ( not available at the moment). It is hard to swallow after mixing , however , I am persevering because of the benefits. It helps me with My tummy problems and night sweats !. It also clears my head fog !. My age related stiffness also easies when taking it. To many Benefits to name really !. As soon as the gels are available to buy quicker I will purchase them and use the oil externally. You honestly can’t go wrong with Zane oils !

Please believe the reviews, it's extremely hot stuff. It's fabulous stuff. Cured mastitis, throat infection and chest infection. Take no more than 3 drops in water. Don't gulp a mouthful, drink a bit and follow with sip of milk until all gone. Really recommend if taken with care.

This is the only Oregano Oil I buy now. It is great quality and have been using this brand for years for various ailments.Even after diluting the oil it can still be rather strong!All I can say is that this oil has succeeded in getting rid of problems where more traditional methods have failed....
