The headphone jack is too small for larger plugs. Normally this isn't a problem, just cut the hole a little bigger, but the harder plastic for the bottom cover touches the base of the headphone jack -- so, not so easy to cut. I had to shave down my headphone cables to make this work.Another con is that the credit cards fall out when you open the case -- I can put two cards and an ID in the cover. Mine didn't come with the micro USB to USB C adapter as shown in the pictures, but I already have enough of them (and they never get used).It's thicker than desired and doesn't offer much protection for the front glass of the phone. All the ports are uncovered which can lead to dust build up.All in all the buttons work and the functionality is desirable for me.
