**Q: Hello. i have a 12' frame with 72 rings. i was told that the longer the springs the more bouncy it is. what is the max spring length i can use on this**
A: I am not sure on the max spring you can use. I bought this product for our trampoline and it worked perfectly. Word of advice to follow the directions on the instructions. We made the mistake of not following it and had to do it all over again.

**Q: Hi i have a 12' frame with 80 springs 8.5  What kind of mat should I get?**
A: Hello, unfortunately we don't carry a mat that would fit those measurements.  We do know of a secondary company that can most likely custom make the mat needed for your trampoline their website is 1800trampoline.com

**Q: My frame measures 14’ 6” - so which mat am I looking at? I have 96 springs 7” long. P**
A: The 14ft 6in frame is a specific frame size. Unfortunately, we do not have one available for that specification.

**Q: I have a skywalker 1291 (12').  there are 2 choices with 5 1/2" springs.  125" mat and a 127" mat....which one will work?**
A: Hello, if you still happen to have the original mat, you can take the measurement of it and that should tell you which one should be the correct one.  If it happens to fall in the middle 126 inch we would recommend the 125 inch. ifs it 128 inches we wold recommend the 127 inch.
