Inside the netting I am growing bug free potato, Brussels Sprouts, Tomato & Collard greens. Just outside the netting I am battling leaf miner, aphids & cabbage butterfly larvae. We have a resident squirrel who insists on burying peanuts in my patch, but has not gone through the netting. I did watch a crow pull up a homemade wire stake I used. When it does tear, however, it frays a lot. Cut with scissors or knife only. But as far as keeping insects out, it is very effective.
