I can find plenty on Amazon, but the heads are bigger, and not made for t-tracks.** A: Search for t track nuts. **Q: Buying powertec 71119 t-tracks. Don’t want to assume but these should fit the track, correct? Also looking for flat nuts, any ideas?** A: Yes, these work great with the Powertec T-tracks, I have them mounted to almost every one of my universal jigs and fixtures. I have also collected the Powertec 5/16" Jig and Hardware kits that will fit the same Powertec T-tracks. As for the flat nuts, try looking up sliding T nuts, 80/20 centered sliding T nuts, or 1/4"-20 oval nuts for a couple different varieties. You might also consider standard 1/4"-20 and 5/16"-18 nuts which work just as well with Powertec T-tracks and have a much firmer grip than flat nuts and slide along just as easy. **Q: How tall are the t nuts?** A: 50-65mm **Q: What size drill bit is used for the 5/16!brass threaded insert ?** A: Measure the minor diameter of the thread, then add a little larger drill to use the threaded insert. Comes in a plastic case which is fine for keeping all the bits together in a drawer/cabinet, but it's pretty flimsy so don't expect it to stand up to any abuse. Purchased on a deal day which brought the RRP down to an affordabe level and made the set good value. These will get a lot of use. Delivery was prompt but disappointing. For the second time in a week the driver dumped the brown paper bag containing this set next to my front door in the pouring rain.
