I fill it half way with hot water and when I get in the water level is up to my chin. I close my eyes and relax for 20 minutes. I do this several times a day and the water stays hot enough for me without needing to add more hot water. I am so relaxed when I get out I lay down in bed and go right to sleep. I have lower back pain and this does help relax my back muscles.

Love love love my mobile Japanese soaking tub. It’s the perfect size for me and I was shocked cuz when I first saw it, I said no way but once it got quickly assembled, It worked comfortable. The heat stays longer and I’m not cold like I get on the regular tub. I’ve not had to inflate but once because it’s pretty flexible but if you want it a little firmer you can inflate more. Best investment and easy to clean

Not very sturdy.

So easy to set up I was exausted and jyst wanted to soak., had it up in less than 5 minutes. Excellent quality for the price.

I live in a place without a bathtub and I like to have a long hot soak to help with my joints and core temperature. After much searching and comparing, I ordered this tub and so far have been pleasantly surprised. The tub is made of thick durable plastic with good solid heat welded seams. The support poles are made of incredibly thin plastic and break easily, but they are easy to replace with a length of 1/2 inch PVC pipe. As I use the bottom drain, I took of the valve and replaced it with a 1/ inch PVC cap.It is quite roomy and can fit two 5'7" adults into it together. The bottom is lately padded.

Using it for cool plunge- great price and works better than bath because of the smaller area exposed to air. Easier to cool down and keep cool. Kinda a pain to drain I really like this product.

Best bang for your buck, used this almost daily for the past month with no issues. I loved using Japanese Hot Springs mineral powders when taking a soak. As long as you don't drag this tub around when it's full or half way full you should be fine (cause you might cause some seams to split and rip if you do). This option is way better than the ones that use tension rods- I don't have to worry about those rods failing on me like I've read in other people's reviews on other tubs. I took a bit of a risk as there weren’t any reviews for this tub but it was exactly what I needed at a fair price point. I was worried the description wouldn’t completely match (would it really come in a lovely lavender blue or end up a tacky bright blue?) I’m so impressed, everything about it is perfect- there is a bit of padding on the bottom, it’s the perfect size (I bought it for my child but as an average sized adult we both fit! The sides are very tall, my child needs assistance being put into it and I imagine an elderly person may not have the hip mobility for the high step required) It can easily be deflated to tuck away (the tip brim inflated for comfort) and so far it’s both durable and easily to drain. This is one of my favourite Amazon purchases I’ve made, I’m grateful to have a tub again! Thanks for a great product :) ***update, we’ve been using it regularly for a while now, it’s even encountered a curious cat…this might be my favourite Amazon order ever

the bottom drain would be more useful if there is a way to keep that area lifted through a stand. currently it just gets blocked if not positioned directly below a drain

5'10", medium weight woman, I can unfold my legs and sit in many position. Fills up to my chin, with headrest above, which is great when my injured upper body needs soothing. Fits in standard shower. Two different ways to drain. Easy to remove. I suggest a bleach bath once a week to keep clean.This is my second time ordering, it will break down over time. However, the first one lasted 18 months while I was in physio and using once to twice a day. (Another, "pretty" graphic one I ordered from another seller was much smaller, and only lasted 8 months of 4x week use.)

Instructions could be better. But it's pretty straight forward. Does what it says.

This is actually so sturdy and well designed. The valves on the bottom make it really easy to drain. Originally bought for my boyfriend but he has a bad knee and couldn’t get out of it easily. Brought it back home and my teenage son and I both use it after exercising. We love it!
