On a tray table, on the arm of my recliner, on my belly ... everywhere! I keep one in the truck. Gave one to my friends who have a 3 year old. They go out to dinner a lot and keep him occupied with their smart phones and kiddie movies. I watched them try various creative ways to prop the phone up at the table. Salt & Pepper shakers, napkins, menus ... nothing worked well. Now with this, it's a breeze. Plus, it's a pliable, soft rubber so it can be stuffed into a purse or even a back pocket. Should fit just about ANY phone because it's a pretty basic design. Large slot with raised ridges for various angles of tilt/viewing. Rubber so you phone won't slide no matter how you have it positioned. Wish I had invented it!
Review: Good product for bedside and desk - Good product, silicone not cheap plastic, works for portrait or landscape positioning of iphone. (Barely) holds a standard size ipad in landscape position on stable surface, a nice bonus considering the producers don't even claim this is an ipad stand. There is slot at bottom for cable connection to phone while in stand however there is not quite enough clearance to position the cable without a little cable bending, seems like there should be about one more centimeter or so space for the standard apple charging cable. Best usage is for positioning the stand on desk, behind keyboard for example so you can see alerts, calls or banners pop up without having to lean or reach to view the phone, while taking up less desk space than having the phone lay flat on desk.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Silicone flexible, but Surprisingly Very Sturdy.

Got this primarily to support my iPhone 6 Plus. Most of the time I use it on my chest while I'm watching Amazon Prime or Netflix movies in bed (so as not to disturb the wife). It works great. Even supports my iPad just fine. One point, it is thick silicone (as advertised) which means it is quite flexible. But is still quite sturdy with phone either supported horizontally or vertically.
