It was a little difficult to unroll, it might need one person on each end to make it a little easier. OR one person can unroll while the other person points a hair dryer (on high heat) simultaneously. The latter worked for me. It will look wrinkly at first, but within a couple of hours, it flattens. Of course, this depends on how long you apply heat—so be patient.
