My purchased was for two Motorola DS457-SR20009 and got two Zebra instead. I guess these are equivalent but I was not informed of this replacement

Costly, still need cable, difficult setup
This thing performs excellently. Docking one star for extremely exhaustive and unclear setup instructions. You'll think you have found everything you need to scan, to program, but then you'll realize something is missing. Easiest thing to do is Google the model number including the exact program you want to do, and you might find it, otherwise contact Zebra and have them send you the barcode to scan. Also, get ready to spend another $30+ on a special cable, because there is none in this package. Also, it is quite expensive.

Works 200% better than the old Motorola that it replaced, an awsome upgrade. Installation was simple and programing was easy.
