Sweet Jojo Designs Ballet Dancer Ballerina Childrens 4 Piece Girls Twin Bedding Set

Bought this set for my 4.5 yr old for her new room. It's very soft and pretty. She loves it. I like the detail of the skirt. Looks cute with the ballerina canopy from Pottery Barn Kids (see shared image).

It came with 1 valance shade which I wish I had the option to either not get it or get more as I have more than 1 window in the room.

We ordered two complete sets different designs from this same seller. We had used JoJo brand in the past and were expecting the same high quality as usual. When both the ballerina and butterfly sets arrived neither was wrapped in plastic as expected. Both sets arrived in a fabric case. Both quilts were inspected upon arrival and appeared to be fine - until the first wash. The butterfly quilt appliqués literally shredded in 3 places. The ballerina quilt appliqués all came loose. All of the ribbons were flopping in the air. Neither of the quilts had the appliqués properly stitched on. It will take several days with a needle and thread to repair the damage. Both quilts were washed on gentle cycle, cool water and dried on low as per instructions. The inspection tag has crossed out numbers and a code of 302 or 306 manually written in. It appears these are factory seconds. I do not appreciate paying this much for a factory second particularly when they are being passed off as perfects! The only reason we are not returning is the girls already saw them and fell in love with them. We shudder to think what will break in the next wash. So much damage from one wash is ridiculous. Save yourself some heartache and get somewhere else.

I would like to have given this bedding set 2.5 stars instead of only two.Two stars feels a bit low because there is a nice aspect to the set. First, the bedding set, the curtains and all are very beautiful. Definitely received a "wow" reaction once we put it all up. And if we never planned on using the room and have it be just a pretty "never-used" guest room... four stars easily. However, we bought it to be used as our daughters primary bed set. Within a few months, the stitching for ballerinas on the bed spread starting tearing apart. With no "heavy" play, jumping on the bed, etc. What I would call normal use with 2-3 times a week, the family gathering on the bed when it's the night for bedtime stories in our daughter's room.The quality is just too low to be used as regular bed set. The curtains are pretty but extremely thin. Not really impressed with those.The set is indeed beautiful, but I am unable to recommend for purchasing if you plan to actually use the bed the set is going on.

Beautiful comforter. Started tearing apart after 3 washes though.
