One of the best B vitamins I've taken and the price is amazing. One a day is all you need for a full spectrum of the B vitamins you need. I personally have used NOW brand vitamins for many years. I originally tried them because I was so overwhelmed with the amount of brands at the health food store, and orange is my favorite color . I do not like tablet vitamins because they have so many additives and they do not digest well. These are clear capsules with powdered vitamin B inside. They absorb well and quickly and brought my energy levels back up. I've been taking them for years and this is the best price I have found. You only want to buy the 2 pack if you are going to take them regularly. Powdered capsules are a better way to take vitamins, but even with the "stay dry" packets, they will eventually get moist and go bad.

great product. I don't always eat well and nutritiously, and so I do like these vitamins to fill in where my food falls short.

I've been supplementing with multiple B vitamins for years. A great vitamin to aid with managing stress. I used to take Vitamin C supplements separately until I found this combination by Now. I love it. One less pill to take since the two are combined. Very happy with it and will continue to use in my daily regime.

I keep returning to this brand.

I only use Now brands because I like natural/vegan products. Makes my body feel better. The pills are a little big and I recommend you try to swallow immediately as the smell pretty bad. But they work and you get your essential vitamins. Don't be alarmed by the yellow urine you'll have, that's just your body excreting any B-12 it didn't process..
