Featuring patented reception technology, it offers highly accurate, consistent readings with a 1500 ft working radius and tri-color LED indicators visible in all light conditions. Its six sensitivity levels and digital readout provide versatile, real-time grade data, eliminating the need for a rod man. Built tough with IP67 waterproof/dustproof rating and drop protection, it comes complete with rod clamp, magnetic mount, and batteries for immediate use. ## Description The Spectra Precision CR700 Combination Laser Receiver is a machine mounted display receiver used on small grading and excavating equipment as well as a traditional laser receiver mounted to a grade rod. With super bright directional LEDs, it is ideal for entry-level machine grade display, specifically on mini-excavators and backhoes. This provides instant grade information to the operator and eliminates the need for a rod man in the trench. It uses the patented light bar technology incorporated in the HL family of Spectra Precision laser receivers, providing more accurate and consistent readings than traditional methods and with fewer electronic components. It has a working radius of 1500 ft (460 m) (laser dependent) and a laser detection height of 5 in (12.7 cm) for quick beam acquisition. Six accuracy setting fit any jobsite requirements from Ultra Fine (1/32 in - 0.5 mm) to Machine Coarse (1.0 in - 25. 0 mm). Three Beeper Volumes include medium and low and loud to 110 dBA. Automatic shutoff after 30 minutes of non-use conserves battery life. Environmental standard of IP67 - waterproof and dustproof - and superior drop protection ensure minimun downtime. ## Features - Machine mounted display receiver can be used on small grading and excavating equipment, as well as a traditional laser receiver mounted to a grade rod; Kit includes C70 Grade Rod Clamp, C71 Magnetic Mount, 3x AA Alkaline Batteries, and User Guide - Patented laser reception technology provides more accurate and more consistent readings than traditional methods and has fewer electronic components resulting in the most rugged, accurate and reliable laser receivers available - Red, green, blue LED arrows are super bright and visible at long range and in all dark or low light conditions - Six levels of sensitivity (accuracy) offer maximum flexibility to meet jobsite requirements, from rough grading to fine grade checking. Digital readout provides the exact distance from on-grade numerically and has a working radius of 1500 ft (460 m) - Ideal for entry-level machine grade display, specifically on mini-excavators and backhoes. Provides instant grade information to the operator and eliminates the need for a rod man in the trench. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07PW9R5XF | | Best Sellers Rank | #88,682 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #26 in Rotary Lasers | | Brand | Spectra Precision | | Brand Name | Spectra Precision | | Color | Blue, green, red | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 586 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00692284013533 | | Included Components | Laser Receiver | | Item Type Name | Laser Receiver | | Item Weight | 471 g | | Level Measurement Type | digital | | Manufacturer | Spectra Precision | | Manufacturer Part Number | CR700 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | 3 year warranty | | Material | Alloy Steel, Metal | | Material Type | Alloy Steel, Metal | | Model Number | CR700 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Operation Mode | Automatic | | Style | CR700 | | Style Name | CR700 | | UPC | 692284013533 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Spectra Precision - **Color:** Blue, green, red - **Item Weight:** 471 g - **Material:** Alloy Steel, Metal - **Style:** CR700 ## Images ![Spectra Precision CR700 Combination Laser Receiver with C70 Rod Clamp, C71 Magnetic Mount, Alkaline Batteries, Patented Reception Technology - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71X0Bf3JFiL.jpg) ![Spectra Precision CR700 Combination Laser Receiver with C70 Rod Clamp, C71 Magnetic Mount, Alkaline Batteries, Patented Reception Technology - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71gsDmEnrUL.jpg) ![Spectra Precision CR700 Combination Laser Receiver with C70 Rod Clamp, C71 Magnetic Mount, Alkaline Batteries, Patented Reception Technology - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71R27IH1sQL.jpg) ![Spectra Precision CR700 Combination Laser Receiver with C70 Rod Clamp, C71 Magnetic Mount, Alkaline Batteries, Patented Reception Technology - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71e5Thle1jL.jpg) ![Spectra Precision CR700 Combination Laser Receiver with C70 Rod Clamp, C71 Magnetic Mount, Alkaline Batteries, Patented Reception Technology - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81CQjF7GPpL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Set** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Spectra Precision CR700 Combination Laser Receiver with C70 Rod Clamp, C71 Magnetic Mount, Alkaline Batteries, Patented Reception Technology,Blue/green/red - Spectra Precision LL300N-2 Laser Level, Self Leveling Kit with HL450 Receiver, Clamp, 15' Grade Rod / Inches and Tripod , Yellow - Spectra Precision RC601 Handheld Remote Control Measuring Tool Accessory for Spectra HV101, HV301, HV301G, LL100, LL100N, LL300, & LL300N Laser Levels --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/118291915-spectra-precision-cr700-combination-laser-receiver-with-c70-rod-clamp](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/118291915-spectra-precision-cr700-combination-laser-receiver-with-c70-rod-clamp) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
