Can't send/receive texts or calls while using the case to charge.
At first I loved this product. Once I started to charge it as the same time I was using the phone I started noticing problems. My phone was not letting me send/receive calls or text messages while it was charging from the case but would be fine the second I turned the case charger off. The instructions said to use Samsung chargers because generic chargers would cause issues. I always used my original charger that came with the phone and was very disappointed. I returned this product and bought something else.

head phones no longer useable
The battery and the case work great but I wanted to plug in head phones last nite and had to remove the battery/case.

Not so good
It's easy to install and remove, once charged up I had issues with conversations because it caused interference so people couldn't hear me. I had to remove the charger pack to for this reason. It's a good idea but needs more development.

Great for the price
Works awesome, but I dont understand when it has 1 light left it is dead and needs to be recharged. Other than that works GREAT.

Fits the phone perfectly, but only gives you about a charge and a 1/2 before you have to Recharge it.

SAVED ME BIG TIME!!!
My phone just isnt holding life like it used to. We are leaving for mexico in a few days and I was dreading having a dead phone every 5 hours. I have been testing out this case for 3 days now and its AMAZING!!! I cant say enough great things. It's very easy to use. My only gripe is that I cant use Samsung pay when the case is on BUT that's still better than having a dead phone!
