I received my Stetson Gurnee hat today. I couldn’t be more pleased with the appearance, quality and fit. My hat size is 7 3/8 so, I ordered a Large. It fits perfectly. The hat was very well packed and reinforced with a stiff cardboard frame. No damage to the integrity of the hat at all. I would highly recommend this hat to anyone!!

Great looking ... arrived in perfect shape... I have a 21 1/4" head size... Small size fits a little snug, but still comfortable. If you are border line between sizes, you might want to go up to the larger size!!

So this hat arrived with a spot of moth damage as well as what appeared to be like a Crack in the top of the hat. If it were just that one spot of some new moth damage, I likely would have just kept the hat but those cracks on the fabric across the top of the hat were super thin and almost all the way through the material. I requested a replacement and it is on the way and will arrive Saturday and I will update this post when it arrives. I purchased this specific hat because it said I would be supporting a small business and I'm all about that. But I cannot do so at the cost of a quite expensive hat like this. So hopefully the next one arrives in good condition. I'm skeptical because when moths have reached one of the hats, it is likely anything nearby is also affected. So fingers crossed.Outside of the moth damage, this is an exceptional hat. I LOVE it. This is my first fedora and I live the wider brim. It will need a little steam to get some of the creases from being in the box out though. It is packed well, it's in a box with a cardboard shape protector thing around it. Very well packed. Not like it would be if ordered direct from Stetson though but still good. The color is great. I was concerned because on Amazon things can look one color ajd when they arrive look different but this was accurate to the pictures. My wife doesn't want me wearing hats like this so it is going to take some getting used to for her. She doesn't like my cowboy hat either though so I wear them only when I'm not going somewhere with her (like I do with my Trump hats too lol). But overall I am in love with this hat and look forward to finding some outfits that match well with it.

Stetson never fails in mfg the highest quality head wear. I have worn 4x beaver western hats for years, always wanted a fedora. I love it

The material was much flabbier than I expected it to be, except for one part of the brim where it was pinched and wouldn't straighten out. It didn't really look the way it looks in the picture, it looked and felt cheap, which was upsetting after I paid over 90 dollars for it.

The crown was soft as if I'd worn it for two years. The brim was so floppy it would not hold a shape. The hat did not come in a hat box to protect it. For the price it was okay I guess, but I expected more quality felt and stiffness from a Stetson. I really did like the dimensions and shape, though. If you need a cheaper hat and don't mind spending time steaming and ironing your hat, this might be right up your alley. This is not what I was looking for.

I purchased this hat for my husband and he loves it. Great quality, which is as expected when one shops Stetson. He's had several compliments on his hat. The seller shipped promptly and the hat was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you, I will shop with you again.
