Garnier Hair Care Fructis Ends Plumper, Visibly Fuller/Thicker Ends, 4.2 Fluid Ounce

I've always been cursed with very thin, fine hair and I can't even begin to list the amount of products that promised volume and body that I've bought over the years, but now I know most of what works well as promised for my hair and what does not. There are some items that are high end and a bit expensive that I always have stocked up and there are also brands such as Garnier that cost me very little but deliver high end results. Though I've been using the Root Amp mousse and the Mega Full Thickening Lotion for years, this is the first I've tried this particular product, though I've seen it plenty of times while shopping, but since it calls itself a amplifying "serum", I always passed because I have plenty of hair serums, then I saw it for a very reasonable price and it had glowing reviews, so I figured I'd give it one try. Wish I had a long time ago because now, it's saved me quite a bit of money since it's a permanent staple in my hair care supplies, replacing a product over 3X the cost. I assume serum meant it was a thin, oily consistency and was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a very thin lotion consistency. I absolutely LOVE the extra body and volume I get when I use this with the Thickening lotion but I am equally impressed at the results when I use this when I air dry my hair with my Bumble and Bumble air dry product for fine hair. I don't even need a full pump, and then I work the product into my hair starting at Midlenght down to the ends and whether I blew dry or air dry, in left with noticeably extra volume, healthier and shinier looking hair and can't notice my split ends when I'm due to trim my hair. When it dies, it does not leave a sticky or stiff feel to my hair, doesn't make it look Greasy or weigh it down. And I've recently found that it does wonderful things on my second day hair. After I finish working dry shampoo in, I work the tiniest amount into my dry hair, sticking close to the ends, scrunch in and fluffing as I apply and it helps make my hair look freshly washed, not to mention the pleasant scent. I love it. It's very fresh with a floral /fruit smell that is not overpowering but still stops my hair from Snelling like hairspray. And as affordable as it is, one bottle lasts FOREVER since such a small amount is needed at a time. I would definitely recommend this to any fine haired people who are frustrated by the amount of products that just don't deliver!

I bought this because a YouTuber with thin hair like mine suggested them (not sold in stores anymore). I saw her freshly washed hair go from fear like mine, to plumper - literally - after putting this on with the other Garnier Mega Hold product.She put this all over her hair & I did too - it works amazing on my thin hair!I've paid for top products to get volume and thicker hair - never imaged Garnier would have something this amazing!I can't speak for other hair types but this product gets 5 stars because it works extremely well, smells nice, is soft on your hands as you apply, a little goes a long way, and it's very fairly priced for what it does (kicking myself for spending quadruple on products for the same results!).Even if you just let it air dry it still looks amazing! First time I used it I blew dry my hair but the girl in the video let her hair air dry after applying and then curled it.I can't say enough good about this product ! I'm truly impressed!

I got this on a recommendation from a YouTuber that loves it. I have super fine hair and no volume, and I'm seeing more volume with use. It does tend to make it so I have to wash my hair every day, which I prefer every other day, but I like the volume. It also says to use several pumps, but that's way too much for my slightly longer than shoulder length hair. I use maybe a half pump, otherwise it's making my hair feel crunchy. I use the Garnier volumuzing hair lotion with this, but no other Garnier products, so I can't say if the results would be better if I used the entire range. Maybe, but I prefer my sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner, so I'm not going to try the rest of the line. Generally, I like it. I don't get crazy volume from it, but I do get a little, which makes a difference.

I really like what this does for my hair. I use it in conjunction with the "Garnier Fructis Style Mega Full Thickening Lotion for All Hair Types, 5 Ounce" that is also available on Amazon, you can see my similar review on that product. This product doesn't give you suddenly huuuuge hair so set your expectations appropriately. I have very thin straight blonde hair. it's very VERY smooth, no texture, so getting body in my hair is hard. Yay i have smooth hair! but it's very flat and sad with no product. I have used so many plumping products and this is the only one that has been good. it's not sticky at all and adds a noticeable amount of body. so I do the thickening lotion mentioned earlier, then this one where i put about 1-2 squirts in my hands and using my fingers/hands distribute it throughout my hair from the mids down, and i also use mousse on my roots to get volume up top.
