I wasn't looking for a pre-workout per se but thought this might be a good substitute in a pinch. (nope). It doesn't have enough caffeine or boost to be a proper pre-workout. So I thought I could use it as an amino booster and maybe it can help with general energy and possible weight loss. (kinda). I then thought that maybe I can use it as healthier beverage option (best use), just not in the evening cause there is enough caffeine to possibly disrupt sleep. Did I mention the fruit punch flavor tastes exactly like sweet bubble gum?! How'd that happen? Not my fav. lolNote: I usually use Cellucore "C4" pre-work (fruit punch tastes good and it's effective) and as a general beverage I drink "All Day You May" by 5% Nutrition (fruit punch tastes like lightly sweetened red Kool Aid, yum). I just mention a couple of my supps so you have an idea of where I'm coming from. If you hate C4 or think ADYM is crap then maybe you shouldn't take my opinion of Aminolean to heart. But if you like C4 and ADYM you should listen and not waste your money on Aminolean. In any case, stay consistent with your workouts, eat right and enjoy life!

I've been working out, I was down about 10 lbs before I added this into my mix since I had hit a plateau. I do cardio and strength 5. This BULLDOZED me past my platuea. The next 3 lbs I did in my sleep in under 2 weeks and I'm looking forward to focusing on building lean muscle with this bad boy at my side. IN LOVE.

I received a consumer warning about this product after I purchased. I'm not certain if officially it was recalled but the amazon official email said that they recommend not using the product. I feel like individuals in this situation are really bearing the brunt for poor decision making and poor Quality Assurance on the part of the manufacturer.

I really like this stuff then I noticed it Red 40 and acesulfame potassium. Both have carcinogens.Acesulfame K contains the carcinogen methylene chloride. Long-term exposure to methylene chloride can cause headaches, depression, nausea, mental confusion, liver effects, kidney effects, visual disturbances, and cancer in humans.The three most widely used dyes, Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6, are contaminated with known carcinogens, says CSPIThis has caused me to search for a new pre workout that I can take daily without toxins like these building in my system.

According to Amazon, I’ve purchased this item 17x’s. I’ve LOVED this product for years. No horrible aftertaste, great flavor, no jitters, just enough boost for me. However, my last bottle has different packaging and taste absolutely horrendous. I’m VERY disappointed. BUYER BEWARE!!! I will also be contacting the company directly.*Update: I contacted the company directly & have had a great response. I was told that there had been some manufacturer kinks, but hopefully they were all worked out now. I was offered a full refund, a new bottle & some additional flavors to try. VERY pleased with the customer service. It’s obvious they care about their customers. I’ll update again when I receive my replacement & the new flavors.**UPDATE**: I was refunded for the original purchase of the 70 serving "Blackberry- Pomegranate". I received 3 other flavors: Pink Lemonade, Blue raspberry & Fruit Punch. I found the quality & flavor to be excellent, as I had previously come to expect when purchasing this product. I will continue to purchase this product from RSP and greatly appreciate them correcting the issue. DO NOT hesitate to contact them with any questions... EXCELLENT customer service!
