Review: It is so wonderful to add to your cast iron cookware and is so USEFUL!! - I absolutely adore this 3qt Cuisinel Cast Iron Dutch Oven. It is Pre-seasoned perfectly. The Combo Lid doubles as 8"-inch Skillet Frying Pan-so perfect. It has the silicone handle covers to take it out of the oven and to lift off the lid. It is the perfect size for my small sourdough boule recipe. They always end with a crusty beautiful color on the outside and lovely chewiness on the interior of each boule I make in it. I always use parchment paper on the interior when baking my bread in it. I loved making a small pot of chili in it as well. It has no reaction to other things being cooked in it as it retains the seasoning as I maintain it. So very happy with my purchase of this product! This would make a lovely gift to anyone that loves or has never tried Cast Iron cookware.,

**Q: Does the lid have a way of staying on? if its bumped does the "lid" just slide off?**
A: There isn't anything to secure it, but the rimming of the pan and the pot align to kind of "lock" in place. Also feel that the "lid" is too heavy to just slide off.

**Q: Is it good to do pull pork**
A: I got this for my daughter for Christmas.  She uses it on her smoker.  She just fixed Chili in it (on her smoker) last week.  I'm sure pulled pork would be great.  Cast iron is the only thing i cook with.

I absolutely adore this 3qt Cuisinel Cast Iron Dutch Oven. It is Pre-seasoned perfectly. The Combo Lid doubles as 8"-inch Skillet Frying Pan-so perfect.
