This will NOT act as a sealant. 2. Color dyed leather is the worst for bleeding, so you want to condition the leather and wax/rub the residual color/dye off. Apply a generous amount of Bick4 and use a minimal amount of pressure. Allow to it dry and remove it. You will be happy with the end result. 3. I use it on my three thousand dollar Italian crocodile dress shoes and I use it on my bags. It's the Best. **Q: Will this work on a bright red leather?** A: I haven't noticed any discolorations on yellow, red, brown or black leathers.
