It’s a hard plastic and does NOT seem to be growing mold or mildew anywhere. If the suction cups were better it’d be 5 stars, easily. I still recommend it, just don’t put it up somewhere high because it may fall down. It also sticks better on the tub itself than the tile wall. Bought it for the baby’s first birthday and she likes it.
