Will accommodate only a single egg, and splatters the stovetop when cooking. I tried cooking both over easy and omelet in this pan, and found it was not a good omelet pan, there just isn't enough room for the eggs to spread out. I find it just a little bit too petit for an egg pan, but still love the quality, so will use it for heating up small items., or single serving items.
