You may find yourself asking this very question when these ear buds lost connections... I'm not just talking To your devices, I'm talking to each other. They are supposed to pair out of the box, they didn't. They are also supposed to find the last device and re-pair atomically, this is also a miracle I have yet to witness. Shame too, they are stylish, easy to care for but the technology is why i dropped the dough

These will not connect to my laptop which is what I needed them for.

Great use and sound! Way better than regular headsets.

I had to return the product... They fell off my ears several times, not good.

This product work for the most part but sometimes it randomly cuts out, I would buy again if they broke, they sound good, good noise cancellation, and are pretty portable.
