Two devices will not plug into single outlet.
I bought 2 of these because they are HomeKit compatible and said “Mini Size: Koogeek mini smart plug won’t block the other wall outlet allows you to stack two mini plugs in the same outlet”. This is NOT true. Only ONE device can be plugged in to a single outlook. Even tried 6 outlet expander and still cannot plug in 2 devices. Other than that it works fine.

Easy to setup, but will NOT stay connected
This plug is Extremely easy to setup. It seems to maintain an excellent wifi signal however every time I try and use it both Siri and the App state it is not accessible. I have tried numerous times to reset it and set it back up. Nothing seems to help it. There is no firmware update that I can tell. Very disappointed and I have already ordered a replacement from a different manufacturer.

Paired without issue and works well - slightly slower than my other brand to respond to Siri.
Easy to pair. I used the sticker in the manual to pair in the Home app for Apple on my iPhone. Just keep your phone 2 feet or so from the device the entire time and be patient while it connects. Since then it's been flawless. I like the button being large, and on the top. Do not like the way over bright green LED which I hid with painters tape layered in 6 tiny strips.

Integrates perfectly with Apple HomeKit.
I purchased this Koogeek WiFi AC outlet for use with my Apple HomeKit. I have a few lightbulbs from Koogeek that work well with very few disconnects or incidents of unresponsiveness, so I like the brand. This AC outlet works flawlessly with Apple HomeKit. There is a QR code on the outlet that you scan from the HomeKit app in your iPhone. Plug the device into an outlet, and it adds the device to your setup. It's that simple. Plug whatever you want into the outlet, and you'll have remote control over it, even away from home. We have four indoor cats that fend for themselves when we go on vacation. With an oil-diffuser air freshener plugged into this Kogeek Wifi outlet, we can turn on the air freshener when we are returning home, and everything smells better when we get there. Now, when I'm not on vacation, I have it set to automatically turn on for two hours every morning. The plug is larger than a standard outlet, but it only takes up two spots in my setup. I think it's a reasonable tradeoff.Overall, this Koogeek outlet works flawlessly for our needs. It was easy to setup and hasn't disconnected yet. I didn't find any flaws with it and highly recommend it to you. 5/5 stars

Hardware seems solid but not the App
These outlets work well. They respond immediately to Siri voice commands. My only issue is setting the time and time zone on the outlets I bought. I have contacted Koogeek but have not heard back yet. I communicated with support 2 times. No resolution. I returned these plugs and ordered the Vocolinc plugs. I had them configured and working in less than 5 minutes including a scheduled on and off time in the LinkWise App.

Not the most user-friendly ALSO How To Set Up if you have one
First off, this product is not the most user-friendly with Amazon's Alexa, It took me about half an hour just to connect them. However It works seamlessly with Apples home kit and Siri but if you want to use Alexa or them both you'll run into problems (I'll show you how to connect them both to work properly at the bottom of this review) The first main issue is that there are no clear directions, there is broken English and its hit or miss when working with Alexa because of there Alexa API. With Alexa sometimes it will turn on and sometimes it will say it's disconnected and can not be found. While with HomeKit I have found no problems so if you want reliability use HomeKit and Siri not Alexa, and I have yet to try google assistant. Also if you are coming from a previous version of there smart plugs, they no longer track the electricity usage of the outlet. (Would be a huge bonus if they added it in future update)How To Set Up With Alexa:Once you downloaded the "Koogeek Home" app and added your plug go to the "My Home" Page1. Click on the plug you want to integrate with Alexa2. Under "THIRD-PARTY CONNECTIONS" Tap on Alexa (it will already say "Configured" But I promise you its not) This will allow Alexa to discover it as a device3. Go to your Alexa app Tap the side bar Then Skills & Games Then the magnified glass on the top right4. Search for "Koogeek"5. Then click on "Koogeek Smart Home (Not work with P2) (I have no Idea why they chose the name but that's apart of there broken instructions)6. Click "ENABLE TO USE"7. Ask Alexa to discover it. Say, "Discover my devices," or select Add Device in the Devices section of the Alexa app. Then it should be added and you can now say "Alexa turn on (Your Switch Name)" and Alexa will turn it onHope this helps

Easy set up, works great
I bought it because it works with Apple HomeKit, so I could integrate it into a scene I’d set up with some of my other smart devices for studying in the evening because I wanted my study playlist to play over my speakers, my smart lights to the concentration light formula, and my desk light to turn on all with the touch of a single button on my phone or with a single Siri command . It works perfectly and it was easy to set up.

Works maybe half the time
We have our nightstand lamp plugged into this smart plug. When we either tell it to turn on or turn off the lamp, about half the time it says the hub is not responding. However, I can open the app on my phone and turn the lamp on or off, and then it will sometimes start to work after that. But it's so completely unreliable as to render it useless. I'm looking for a replacement.
