While these were not as fluffy as a traditional mix, I found them to have a decent level of fluffiness. They were delicious and the service size and water: mix ratio were easier to calculate for small portions compared to their traditional mix. The one detractor is packaging. After opening for the first time, so much mix was caked into the interior zip locking seal that I could not seal the package. I did not have this problem with their traditional pancake mixes, but I'm not surprised.
