Even after waiting for up to 4 hours and turning it upside down about every half hour no change towards alkaline on test strips. I gave the other 2 Ionpods to 2 of my friends and they had the same results no movement towards alkaline on the test strips. My friend called healthy habits and they claimed that we were probably using the wrong test strips and sent us their own test strips, well we tried again, it had the same results no movement towards alkaline, and one of my friends is a dentist. So from personal experience in my opinion save your money and look elsewhere.

Great price and pretty good service with the returns. I love the product, but the quality is unfortunate. This is the 2nd time I've bought, then had to return this item (the other time from a different seller). The quality is substandard with the caps not fitting properly. In all fairness, I like the product so well that I am going to order this one more time before giving up. 3 of the 4 bottles I've ordered have been defective. Whoever they've outsourced the manufacturing to isn't making a quality product.

Great product. I just wish the cap wasn't the screw on type. And it only holds 12 oz. Other than that, I like it.
