Karaoke USA GF920 Rechargeable Portable Bluetooth CDG-MP3G Karaoke Machine and PA System with 2 Microphones

This kerryoky machine is really great for the money, stays charged for hours and the volume/ sound is excellent

I really like the sound of this karaoke. The microphones are average. The function that allows you to raise or lower the key is very useful. My favorite thing about this machine. Also, it has a rechargeable battery so you don’t need to plug it in. Very handy. There is also an annoying clicking sound when the power is on. But, when the music is playing you cannot hear the clicking. The main disappointment is the TINY remote, and the fact there are no numbers on the remote for selecting a certain track that is a higher number. Even your demonstration CD has over 100 tracks! Do you expect us to press the forward arrows 80 or 99 times to find the track we want? I expected a better remote than that. If I had known the remote was so tiny and lacks numbers, it might have been a deal breaker.

The sound quality is amazing. It is easy to use. The remote control is great. It is beautiful to look at. The screen is easy to read. There are no negatives. I would expect to pay much more.

An internal part where the mic inserts. The metal that sticks to the outside came out and was lost. This was with no misuse. This was two months after it was bought. The manufacturer didn't want to get back to me. When they did, they told me to contact Amazon to exchange it. It is still under warranty. They are required to be replaced or repaired. I got in touch with Amazon and was told they would take it as an exception, but I would have to purchase my own box and it would cost me almost 40.00 in restocking fee. I am fed up with both. What protection do I have as a buyer or for having a warranty for that matter? I wanted this machine because it had a key control feature. Be weary buying from here. Something happens, you're screwed.

We bought the machine on July 2019. A few months ago, I noticed a high pitch squeal that goes in and out when I turned it on. It doesn't interfere with the vocals too much though. Then about a week ago, the screen just didn't work. We don't use CDG discs but I do need the screen to help with choosing options i.e. bluetooth connection. I contacted the company and they said nothing can be done because it's out of it's 90 day warranty. It's great when it does work. The sound quality is really good and it's nice that it's portable.

For the price I paid and for quality of the machine, I do have to say that it will accommodate most small and intimate parties. For public use, it may be a challenge.I love that I can pull songs from CD’s, MP3, YouTube, online resources. I can use my cell or my IPad as long as have internet or WIFI available. The two mics are a necessity for duets and separate mic and main volume control is fabulous. Sound quality is a great surprise and the flashing lights add a very festive ambiance. I would recommend that additional music be purchased to help because the CD’s included are not very good.

Unit came with a battery that wouldn’t charge and had to be returned to Amazon and reordered from Target (Amazon had no more in stock). Prior to returning I sent an email to Karaoke USA. They contacted me on their first day back to work to provide assistance, and again via phone a few days later. Unfortunately I had already started the return process so their help was not needed. The replacement unit works superbly and was a big hit at my daughters wedding after party. Just remember to turn up the volume on your mobile device if using a karaoke app.
