It is supposed to be worn off the shoulders with a strapless under it I am guessing, but there aren’t any sleeves so if you lifted your arms bra, tum, and everything inbetween would be exposed. I guess it could be worn with a tank under it, but I think that takes away from the design. Also, it’s pretty short and the material isn’t great. It looks like I just cut a whole in the middle of a scrap piece of material. I'm pleasantly surprised! the quality isn't bad- probably on par with something you'd find at most mall stores. The hem has a few loose threads. It's definitely a thicker material, heavier than jersey. Don't know how it will wash but I'm happy with it for a trendy piece.
