I've noticed that you have to push your 1/8" male jack into the female with some force so it's flush/fully connected. After that you'll have to pull the 1/8" male away from the 1/8" female just a slight bit for it to work perfectly. So basically it works perfect with an interface but the 1/8' jack just needs a little adjusting.
