I am only 5 ft 4 in. The dress is too short. The belt is 18 inches. The dress is not as flowing at the bottom. It is straight. The lining is cheap and it could be made for $10 or less. The bust is not bad but not measured correctly. I would make the dress rather than buy it. I got this dress in the 4X-Large in Black1. I could have sized down 2 sizes for sure - the shoulders literally hung off my shoulders because the straps were so wide. The color is not as vibrant as the photos, and the print seems very cheap. It dragged on the ground a couple inches, and the slip stopped just under my knees - which looks tacky as can be. There is no slit, so the slip should be able to go further down, but it doesn't.
