Disney Mix Stick Hannah Montana Mp3 Player

I purchasesd this item for my 10 year old neice. I did preset it for her, so I do have knowledgeable input, and she seems happy with it. It was pretty simple. I uploaded HS Musical 1 & 2 and Hairspray onto it for her before I gave it to her. I had the CD's so I didn't bother getting mix clips of them. It only took 1/4 or more of space for all that music. It charges off your computer's USB port, , so I of course did that first. It's supposed to take 2.5 hours, but after 4 hours, I just let it be as it was. The red light was supposed to stop flashing when it was fully charged, but that never happened, but it worked fine, so I just figured it was a low power issue with my pc or something. Not sure on that. But it charge enough to upload the music and play for her on her birthday. She seemed quite happy about it, so I am too! :)

I bought this MP3 for my 4 year old step daughter b/c she loves her music. The radio is fairly sturdy (her last one lasted 3 days b/c she is so rough on things) & easy to use. The only issue we have with it is that it is slow to react when pushing the buttons, which is hard to explain to a young child. Also, there is no way of knowing if the charge is low or dead. It just stops working. I wish these things had some kind of indicator. Overall great product for the price once you figure out it's glitches.

This was the 2nd Disney Mix Stick we owned. It was only slightly better than the first one (which had a broken on/off switch within the first month). It ended up losing it's charge and refusing to recharge after about a year. We only paid around 10.00 for it...so I guess to get a year's worth of usage isn't terrible.Pros: it has a cool lanyard so kids can wear them around their necks It can be used as a flash driveCons: not a huge amount of storage didn't last long

We got this for our daughter but the songs are not playing with the headphones, only when plugged into the computer. It shows the songs that are loaded on the device when opening it on the computer but when the device is powered on the screen on the player isnt working, and nothing plays in the earphones. We have tried other earphones and that is not the prob. Other issue is that Windows Media Player hardley has any of my itunes music listed and there is no option to import files or folders into WMP, nor is there any help or troubleshooting for WMP. All very frustraining for a supposedly easy to use device. Dissapointment for our daughters christmas gift, we now have to return or exchange the unit.

My daughter picked this to buy with Christmas money. We read the reviews, and decided for the price, we'd give it a try. So far... So good. We got a few mix clips to go with it. They work great. I also had absolutely no trouble downloading songs off the internet. She loves it, and I love that!If I remember, I'll update this review in a few months, that seems to be the breaking point.***UPDATE*** Well, still going strong. My daughter has had this for about 6 months. Still works great. She has some of the Pre-recorded Mix Clip SD cards and I've downloaded songs on it too. She has taken it everywhere, and plays it all the time. We are completely happy with it. I will update with any problems, but...still so far so good.

It is important to note that you can not download songs to this mp3 player. You have to buy mix clips and insert them into the mp3 player to play songs on it. Another thing is that there is no battery, so you have to charge it using your computer. My daughter is 7 and she loves it. Some of the mix clips are really cheap and they have cute songs on them.

It really isn't worth the money spent. My granddaughter was happy with it but she is only 10 and did not get much use from it as she had to ask her Dad to help her get the songs loaded which cost her money.

Bought this for my Grand Daughter for Christmas. Gave it a full charge and it only played fo 30 minutes. Is supposed to last 8 hours. Charged it again for 3 hours and 2nd time it only played for 15 minutes. Shipping it back to Amazon. Very dissapointed. Will never buy electronics online again. Now I have to run out and try to find one at a retail store so if there is a problem I can just take it back to exchange it. The sound is great, just need one to play for at least as long as I charge it.
