This book has saved me and helped me become more organized. My handoff reports have become easier and better thanks to the organization this book provides. Hands down I would absolutely recommend it!

It's so useful in the clinical setting, especially on the M/S floor and acute care setting. I especially love the section with the times, it gives me a place to keep track of myself, which can be difficult at times thanks to my ADHD. The focused systems section is nice for Sim Charting, and there's plenty of space for extra notes. I've had countless compliments on the book, and so many nurses have asked me where they can also find one for themselves. I'll be purchasing a few copies to give to my nursing cohort besties at graduation, as I really think this notebook is a must have for the new nurse and nursing student!

Absolutely love this! I have had coworkers ask where I got it and want one too. Only downside (which is why I took a star) is for the price it should come with more than 100 patient templates or multiple books. I take five patients a shift (three when I’m charge nurse) so this will only last about a month especially since we discharge patients and get admissions so really I can have up to 10 patients (on a real bad shift. Lol)
